Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon juice & powdered vitamin C rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

A great sour with a nice tang from the vitamin c. As well as a vodka variant: whiskey and brandy variants are just as flavourful and immunity building.
