Made in pitchers for a party, sadly we only had Jack Daniels as our delivery was delayed but the cocktail worked really well and was very popular. Instead of a sprig of mint I picked a handful of mint leaves and lightly crushed/bruised them before stirring them into the pitcher - it lifted the flavour beautifully.

I have an upcoming party ahead of the Eclipse, so wanted to give this a test run. Absolutely devine! Thank you for sharing! I will defnitely go with a more stout bourbon so it stands out more. Wish I'd seen John Carr's comment first :)

Tried initially with less potent bourbon but the high strength is def the one to go for to hold up against the other ingredients.

Great stuff! Just the right amount of tart flavours with a good kick of alcohol. A party pleaser for sure!
