Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
1 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge & salt rim (optional).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Backed off the sugar a little and it was outstanding. Wonderfully tart with great fruit tones.

Spectacular! I like to add a little less sugar to this. Works well with a pinch of kaffir lime salt.
