Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Scotch whisky
1 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Ginger wine
6 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare thin apple slice (ideally dehydrated) for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.

A 2004 riff on the classic Whisky Mac created by yours truly in London, England.

Wish I had ginger bitters on hand. I tried to substitute with 6 drops of Angostura with a little bit of muddled ginger root. Still flat. Also, the cocktail sort of blended into one without much distinction, so it was a little disappointing.
