1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Ginger wine
6 drop	Ginger bitters

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare thin apple slice (ideally dehydrated) for garnish.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.

Wish I had ginger bitters on hand. I tried to substitute with 6 drops of Angostura with a little bit of muddled ginger root. Still flat. Also, the cocktail sort of blended into one without much distinction, so it was a little disappointing.
