Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz White crème de cacao liqueur
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
12 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.

Very similar recipe to a Silk Stocking, but presumably a bit less sweet (reducing the proportion of chocolate), and using an older tequila.

So this is REALLY PINK!
Looks like Calpol but really tasty. tequila gives it an edge and the milk keeps the texture the right side of cloyed.
Really enjoyed this but just a slight sprinkle is enough
