Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Pomegranate juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Review:

Fruity and easy-drinking, yet with complexity from the gin. At least that's how this cocktail tastes when made with pomegranate juice freshly squeezed using a pillar press juicer. (1 pomegranate yields approx. 135ml juice.)

History:

Adapted from a drink discovered in 2004 at Mandarin Oriental, New York City, USA. The name is a reference to the bar's location - Columbus Circle, where one of the world's first one-way rotary systems (roundabout) was implemented in 1904.

Idk if the picture for the drink is supposed to be it but it came off as more of a purple color. It's definitely on the sweeter side.

Odd/off tasting. The pomegranate and pineapple don't work together at all. This drink is also far too sweet.
