fl oz Ketel One Vodka (infused with vanilla)
½ fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
½ fl oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
½ fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
½ fl oz Pressed apple juice
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

1. To make a great tasting Apple Strudel cocktail you’ll first need to flavour your vodka with a vanilla pod. Simply cut the vanilla pod lengthways to expose the flavoursome seeds inside and drop the whole vanilla pod into your bottle of vodka. Reseal and shake bottle several times a day for at least two days, preferably a week.

2. To make your cocktail, SHAKE your vanilla infused vodka and other ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Cinnamon & sugar rim

Apple, vanilla and a hint of Scotch - reminiscent of the dessert but a good deal drier.
