Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
2 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon slice

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and serve with straws.

Variant: Sub a flavored syrup in for the simple syrup--I used 1.5 oz Rose's strawberry syrup; change the amount based on personal taste.

Doesn't it supposed to have ketel 1 geneva?

I used Ketel One Vodka - not genever. You could use another brand of vodka.

Depending on how cheap of a vodka you use (why would you buy an expensive vodka? More taste of nothing?) this is suprisingly okay.
