12 fl oz Becherovka liqueur
12 fl oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
14 fl oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. No garnish to prepare.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Serve naked, without garnish.

It’s nearly 10pm and it’s still 24 degrees in the back garden. This is a very cooling digestif; a liquid after dinner mint.
I think I still prefer a julep on a hot evening. But this wasn’t a bad way to finish dinner.
