We all are great bartenders, but are we all good team players? In our Colombian market, consumers often prefer beers over cocktails, due to many factors, such as little standardization in the recipes of classic cocktails, the use of low quality ingredients and the lack of professionalism and hospitality of some Bartenders.
We wanted to introduce a cocktail that would appeal to the public demand while introducing more of a cocktail culture to the market. We created Berry Hot. A delicious berry-based cocktail served with 3 different salts: sweet, spicy, and hot, which all bring out the flavours of the cocktail in different ways and add a bit of unexpected variety to the guest experience. We top the cocktail off with beer, to appeal to all the beer lovers.
