How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Goblet glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and raspberry.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
CHURN (stir) using a bar spoon.

Garnish

Garnish with lemon wheel and raspberry sail.
Serve with a straw.

Very refreshing but far too easy to drink! Bright lemon and fresh raspberry (fresh homemade syrup).

Having ice in the glass really enhances this cocktail. If you don't have crushed ice I recommend pouring it without a strainer.

I made this drink as posted with the mindset that it was going to be too sweet and I would have to adjust it later. It really was not. The lemon juice balances the 2 syrups (both homemade) nicely and it has a great raspberry finish.
