POUR first 4 ingredients into glass with lime wedges and mint. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Fill glass with more crushed ice and TOP with Prosecco.

| 1 fl oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth |
| 3/4 fl oz | Χυμός από lime |
| 1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 3 wedge | Lime (φρέσκο, ολόκληρο) |
| 12 fresh | Φύλλα δυόσμου |
| Top up with | Prosecco, αφρώδες κρασί ή Σαμπάνια |
