2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
1⁄6 oz | Framboise/raspberry eau-de-vie |
1⁄6 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Fresh raspberry

For me, Cuba is the enchanted isle. I took my inspiration from Cuba in the 1920s when Americans were invited to visit as. In particular, high society circles came over and this had a knock-on effect on society in general. It was also a time when more ladies were entering bars, which drove the trend for a more delicately balanced drink.
