Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 4 inch | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of thin cucumber slice.
How to make:
- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Float cucumber slice for garnish.
Review:
Interesting and fresh as you like with a pleasant bitterness.

Created in 2002 by Shelim Islam at the GE Club in London, England.
