This light, aromatic, sweet and sour beauty has a grown-up, quinine-rich flavour but lacks the 'sting like a bee' finish.
Created by yours truly, this is my take on a classic cocktail called a 'Lovely Butterfly' made with the same ingredients.

I do have to say mine did not look great at all--it was a muddy brown colour. But that was probably because I was finishing off a bottle of Martini Rosso that had been in fridge a bit longer than recommended.
