Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
| 2 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
| 1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
| 3 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
| 1⁄6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
Review:
Bourbon rounded and enhanced by bitter orange and Peychaud's bitters.
