Ingredients:
5 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/6 fl oz White balsamic vinegar
1/2 fl oz Monin Strawberry Syrup

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare strawberry for garnish.
  3. MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with strawberry.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created circa 2001 at Che Bar, St James's Street, London, and originally named Strawberry & Balsamic Martini. This cocktail was popular in London bars during 2002, then made with sugar syrup (in place of strawberry syrup).

  • 23.22% alc./vol. (46.44° proof)
  • 22.1 grams of pure alcohol
