Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Ginger liqueur
2 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.
  6. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

History:

Created in 2010 by Mike Atkinson at the Badem House, Goa, India and named after the classic 1970's punk song by British band 'The Clash'. The two maraschino cherries represent Janie Jones herself who famously appeared at a London film premiere in 1964 wearing a topless dress.
