Hello, sorry for the question, but what is a sherbert?

Orange sherbet is an orange oleo-saccharum mixed with equal parts freshly squeezed orange juice. When you mix an oleo-saccharum with juice from the same citrus that the oleo is made from it becomes a sherbet. Please type "oleo saccharum" into the search at the top of this page for more.
