¹⁄₂ oz	Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry chilled
¹⁄₂ oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth chilled
¹⁄₂ oz	Bison grass vodka

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:
