Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Ferro China Baliva
14 oz Metaxa 12 Stars
14 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
12 oz Tomato juice chilled
16 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) chilled
8 drop Ginseng liqueur
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Definitely a trace of doubt in my mind about this one. An eyebrow was raised at tomato juice, eyes rolled at ginseng liqueur.
