Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
| 1⁄2 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 3 whole | Blackberries |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Lavender Syrup |
Garnish: Sansho pepper rim.
How to make:
Muddle blackberries in base of shaker, add rest of ingredients, shake and fine strain into chilled glass.
