Serve in a Coupe glass
1 1⁄3 oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
1⁄2 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
3 whole | Blackberries |
2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Lavender Syrup |
Garnish: Sansho pepper rim.
Muddle blackberries in base of shaker, add rest of ingredients, shake and fine strain into chilled glass.
