How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.

|3⁄4 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Strawberry candy (bonbon) syrup|
|3⁄4 fl oz||Pomegranate juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
|1 fl oz||Medium dry apple cider|
|3 dash||Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Aphrodite Bitters|
