How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.

1 2/3 fl oz Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Strawberry candy (bonbon) syrup
3/4 fl oz Pomegranate juice
1/2 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
1 fl oz Medium dry apple cider
3 dash Aphrodite Bitters
