How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.
1 2/3 fl oz | Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Strawberry candy (bonbon) syrup |
3/4 fl oz | Pomegranate juice |
1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white |
1 fl oz | Medium dry apple cider |
3 dash | Aphrodite Bitters |
