Serve in

a Coupe glass...
1⅔ fl oz Cognac
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Monin Strawberry Bon Bon Syrup
¾ fl oz Pomegranate juice
½ fl oz Pasteurised egg white
1 fl oz Medium dry apple cider
3 dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab's Aphrodite Bitters

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.
