How to make:
POUR rum into glass and swirl to coat. POUR the rum from the glass into shaker and set glass aside. Add other ingredients to shaker, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into rum rinsed glass (no ice in glass).

1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
1/2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
2 barspoon | Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white) |

Thai Bacardí Legacy 2013 winning cocktail created by Suwincha Singsuwan at The St. Regis Bar in Bangkok, Thailand.
The first time I drank Bacardí Black I imagined I was sitting in the library on a giant mahogany couch, reading and sipping the drink. I wanted to create a glamorous luxury drink that, I believe, takes rum to the next level.
