Wonderfully floral – flavours of rose and raspberry dominate with dry vermouth adding balance and complexity.
History:
Created in 2017 at the Beaufort Bar, The Savoy Hotel, London, to celebrate Marilyn Monroe and her stay at the hotel in 1956. The American actress held a press conference at the Hotel where she stayed while in England to film The Prince and the Showgirl with English actor and director Laurence Olivier.
The Beaufort Bar's original recipe calls for an infusion of rosebuds, rose petals and hibiscus flowers and uses Dom Perignon Champagne and a "homemade Aperol Cordial".
