Serve in a Wine glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of fresh raspberries & mint sprig bouquet.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Delicious, great balance of flavours. Quality artisan honey helps, as does the hint of salt from a top notch Fino (or Manzanilla). Will taste even better in the heat of summer.
