How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
|4 slice||Root ginger (thumbnail-sized slice)|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bison grass vodka|
|4 fl oz||Apple juice (apple cider) unsweetened & cloudy|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|1/2 fl oz||Apple Schnapps liqueur|
A combination of adult flavours in a long, thirst-quenching drink. Also good served straight-up.
