How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/3 fl oz||Single pot still Irish whiskey|
|1 fl oz||Martini Rosso sweet vermouth|
|1/6 fl oz||Pimento dram liqueur|
|1/4 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1 fresh||Egg (white & yolk)|
Egg (white & yolk) is potentially hazardous if used incorrectly.
