Taking our cue from commenters Little and Tran, we substituted 30ml Blanco Tequila and 15m Mezcal for the orange juice. Seriously luscious for us. A long way away from the original recipe, of course, which we enjoy.
A good, quirky dessert cocktail - creamy and sweet. Anise notes are the easiest to pick out, but they don't dominate. Orange is also present, with the creme de cacao the most challenging to find (but still there). The combination of flavors is unique.
I don't know why should i spend 7 euros to have crepes delivered when you basically have the most delicious sweet treat home, with half of it being just orange juice. Nothing "high-class" but nonetheless very useful.
