Wonderful cocktail, thank you Simon. Love the forward flavour of the grapefruit and how it blends seamlessly with the gin. Would have again.

Aah Simon you've done it again! I think my partner PB'ed in her draining her coupe of this today. I may add a little more grapefruit in its next iteration as our grapefruit are very sweet or add a splash more dry gin. 10 out of 10 on the quaffometer. We named it "Here's to Wendell" after our recently departed dog...

You’re right, it does need a better name! Tasty mind, I’m a sucker for a sour cocktail.

I very much enjoyed this cocktail. I used Fee brothers bitters and some sea salt as I did have those ingredients. I think I will try it again with some old Tom gin
