Delicious I subbed Tempua Fugit Gran Classico for Cynar
So I subbed genever for Old Tom and palo cortado for fino and cocktail onions for olives but otherwise all the same ! Tastes nice and dry and a little saline.

Wow. This is amazing who would have thought to partner mezcal and bourbon. I didn’t have Orgeat but I used Monín Hazelnut instead - which was fabulous

I swapped the Punt e Mes with Tempus Fugit Gran Clásico and a touch more apricot. Delicious.
Agree with all comments. Fabulous rich cocktail, chocolate bitters make it. Would dial back the sugar a little though

I made it with 45ml Avallen 22ml vermut and 22 Tempus Fugit & angostura- fabulous
