Review:

A riff on a Sweet Manhattan with high-strength bourbon conscripted to resist domination by an alliance of carciofo amaro and rosso vermouth. The bourbon puts up a spirited fight and they meet harmoniously.

Really excellent and a new favorite. It’s as if these ingredients were meant to be mixed with each other. Made with OGD 100, Cocchi di Torino, Cynar 33, Luxardo maraschino.

Simon, please note variation Five Keys. I prefer the Maloney No. 2, but both are excellent.

Really liked. Thought it was missing something but couldn't put my finger on it. Tried a dash of chocolate bitters and liked. Very close to exceptional.

Pretty close to the Little Italy. I like this drink better. Both pack a punch.

A solid Manhattan riff. I didn’t have Cynar, so I used Fernet as a substitute- seemed to work well as the bittering agent.
