Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
4 drop Bob's Grapefruit Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge &/or grapefruit zest twist..
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge &/or grapefruit zest twist.

Aah Simon you've done it again! I think my partner PB'ed in her draining her coupe of this today. I may add a little more grapefruit in its next iteration as our grapefruit are very sweet or add a splash more dry gin. 10 out of 10 on the quaffometer. We named it "Here's to Wendell" after our recently departed dog...

I very much enjoyed this cocktail. I used Fee brothers bitters and some sea salt as I did have those ingredients. I think I will try it again with some old Tom gin
