I have a couple of recipes jotted down that use these ingredients in slightly varying amounts but topped with a cold ipa. Both are called The Elvis. Not found on Diffords, but highly recommended when it’s hot outside! (Switch the ipa for something sparkling like Prosecco and you’ve got a Costello)

An excellent cocktail. Agree with Yossi that perhaps more grapefruit if the fruit is slightly sweeter or maybe go with more grapefruit bitters. It does slip down rather easily. Super.

I am astonished how wonderful elderflower and grapefruit work together. Thank you Simon!

Wonderful cocktail, thank you Simon. Love the forward flavour of the grapefruit and how it blends seamlessly with the gin. Would have again.

Aah Simon you've done it again! I think my partner PB'ed in her draining her coupe of this today. I may add a little more grapefruit in its next iteration as our grapefruit are very sweet or add a splash more dry gin. 10 out of 10 on the quaffometer. We named it "Here's to Wendell" after our recently departed dog...

You’re right, it does need a better name! Tasty mind, I’m a sucker for a sour cocktail.

I very much enjoyed this cocktail. I used Fee brothers bitters and some sea salt as I did have those ingredients. I think I will try it again with some old Tom gin
