Very nice even though I accidentally used a pink grapefruit instead of the orange think it enhanced the campari but it wasn't too bitter.

An amazingly good Margarita riff. Fantastic blood orange flavor throughout. Not bitter at all and the salt actually balances out this cocktail. Recommend this one.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette margarita originale et plutôt saisonnière... J'ai simplement remplacer le sirop de sucre par du sirop d'agave, ce qui fonctionne très bien. Merci Mr Difford's pour toutes ces belles idées de cocktails.

Excellent! Reminiscent of a Paloma. These measures make for a short drink, so I will increase everything proportionally next time.

What can I say - delicious. Just the right hint of Campari (I love a Negroni but I also am a huge fan of it here, where it's just a lingering note).
Also tried it with subbing 25% of the tequila for mezcal and that was great too.

Soooo good. Go with blood orange sugar and a lime and blood orange slice over a big ice cube. So good. Cheers!

Excellent Margarita. Definitely a keeper. The Campari and the blood orange just calms the drink.

Agreed. The Campari is not traditional, but it adds a ton to this Margarita.

Made with Cointreau Blood Orange. This recipe has become a seasonal favourite and a little annual ritual of buying the blood orange juice to use in it.
