Great cocktail. Sloe Gin upfront with a nice citrus tartness that is not overpowering mid palate. Apricot is very subtle towards the end.
I used a Nick and Nora glass for a fuller presentation.

Fabulous cocktail, nice and tart, I used Hofland Sloe Gin and Drillaud Apricot Liqueur. One of my favorites!

Very interesting cocktail. Looking at the recipe, you would think it will be sweet. No, it is very dry. You do get a sweet and sour mix, as the first part of the drink is slightly sweet and goes to a wonderful tartness of the lime.

Some joints make this with lemon, which I prefer. The lime tends to overpower it a bit, for mine.

Friday night lockdown. Working my way through the Top 100! Like this. Quite bitter at first but sweet mouthfeel. Would have again.
