I used wild berries for a lack of grapes and added a dash of Absinth. Delicious!

I've just tried this with a Rhum Agricole. Sweeter but very tasty with nicely complementary aromas of grapes and rhum.

My wife called this one "dangerously delicious" and I agree. I made one with plain Bluecoat gin and one with Bluecoat's Elderflower gin (Elder Enzoni?). We found the regular Bluecoat to be better. I'm planning on making one with the Barrell-Aged Bluecoat and red grapes the next time we have red grapes.

I am in love with the simple delicacies this cocktail can provide. It mostly reminds me of my deck in summer with boys either side of my arms. Bless you Vincenzo. MWAH!

Excellent recipe, the grapes work very well.
Tried it with Eversbusch, a german 46% Schnaps with no other botanicals than lots of juniper. It’s called Doppel Wacholder. Straight in my top ten.

I see I’m late to the party with this one! Beautiful cocktail. Straight into my top ten.

Enzonis are great. Also really like the Fall Enzoni (made with rye whiskey, red grapes - and a bit more lemon & syrup - look it up!)

Good call John. I've added a link to the Fall Enzoni above.

Great cocktail to soften the bitterness of Campari without taking it away. Certainly one I could not stop sipping!
