Having an Hawaiian food and drink day. This was our Aperitif. It was great. Not too sweet as some tiki drinks can be. Being a big rum drinker, may do a 151 float next time.

I forgot to add the sugar syrup and it was of course very bitter. Before checking the ingredients I added about 10ml of grenadine and it was really good! Will try the actual recipe next time.

Made this for the first time tonight and both DH and I really enjoyed it. It will definitely stay in the rotation!

One of my favourite cocktails for sure. I’ve really enjoyed this version with Gosling’s and less pineapple juice. Also enjoyed it with Myers and more pineapple as per the original. Both are excellent, and I usually tend to split the difference and go with around 75ml pineapple

One of my favorite drinks. There's a wonderful interplay between all the ingredients. The whole is definitely greater than the sum of the parts. Gosling's Black Seal rum is a good choice for this drink. Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black rum also works very nicely.

Juicy, sour, refreshing, incredibly quaffable. A modern classic for good reason.

A well balanced tiki. The bitterness of the Campari goes well with the Goslings. I will be enjoying this again.
