Tasty! Kind of like a whiskey sour with orange. Orgeat was very subtle (used Liber & Co). The OJ makes me think this could work as a Brunch cocktail.

ha, saw 5ml syrup and orgeat .. had to be Trader Vic ... forget the syrup, boost orgeat to 15ml if yu prefer a sweeter tiki cocktail. great drink ! cheers.

Delicious citrus and almond, rounded out by the Bourbon. Fantastic.

Unlike many of Trader Vic's tiki cocktails, this is nicely sour. Per all tiki cocktails, the citrus is the prime flavour. The orgeat adds a nice hint of almond. The bourbon is still evident, but does take the usual role of all the alcohol in a tiki cocktail.

Light and fresh, the almond notes really sneak up on you.

A little too tart on the first few sips (mellowed as it sat) and I couldn't taste the bourbon. I would make this again and halve the lemon and orange juices.
