Didn't have any passion fruit syrup so substituted Passoa. Very balanced cocktail. Excellent. Thank you!

Perfect balance of sweet and sour.

Am I the only one who feels it's a bit boozy? Also, I didn't find it too sweet, I actually added some simple syrup, my passion fruit syrup might not be that sweet though.

It is very interesting, in my version the cocktail came out fruity but quite dry. I added 2 drops of umami bitters to make the taste deeper, maybe one could use more ore alternatively some saline solution like in tequila cocktails.

Loved it but found it too sweet so added a little extra lemon to balance it. The sweetness definitely masks the kick from the gin....dangerous! Good one for when guests are over

Easy and tasty. Subbed passionfruit juice for the fresh, but used super-juice lemon so extra acidity there.
Added 1/4 ox ancho reyes for fun and it adds a nice subtle heat at the end.

I didn’t have any passionfruit syrup, so I substituted with Passoa passionfruit liqueur and it worked very well!

I also tried this one, well I am not a gin fan, but here it's a match. Be careful, the sweetness of this drink hides the alcohol, one more, two more, and you get surprised haha

I just made this but instead of using Cointreau I swapped it for a coffee liqueur. I found this toned down the sweetness heaps. Plus if you like coffee, then gin, passionfruit and coffee mixed together is a match made in heaven.

For me this is better than a Porn Star martini, more balanced and interesting.
