As it's written on the package ;-), even with packed pineapple juice! I would not change anything, To experiment I possibly would focus on bitters.

I just tried this again with a full dash of Difford's Daiquiri bitters and it was delicious!

Nice, but pineapple adds very little, in my opinion. As in every daiquiri, rum is the most important ingredient. It was a bit dull, so a splash of Smith and Cross solved it.

I was trying to finish off some Havana Club 7 and pineapple juice and found this recipe. I was skeptical looking at the specs, but I'd say it exceeded my expectations. (20 Jun 2023, 7:28p)

Could you reduce the dark rum slightly and replace with Triple Sec?

You could try. Not as simple but hopefully tasty!

The lime juice and sugar really make the pineapple sing.

Super tasty Daiquiri. I used 30ml Plantation Three Star, 15ml Doorly's Barbados 8yr, 15ml Smith & Cross Jamaican Navy Strength.
