I've made this a few times over past few years. I do love the bourbon-peach combo... All depends on the strength of your bourbon and which ratios are most desirable to ya... But this has been so far my favorite attempt: 60 ml Wild Turkey 101, 20 ml Rothman & Winter Orchard Peach, 5 ml maple syrup, 2 dashes Ango orange... Worthy of continued tweaking. I was just randomly really craving a peach cocktail last night and only got around to making it today. And, I'm satisfied.

Just the way I am, but... I see the name of the drink 'Peach Me', and I hear James Brown in 'Superbad' singing it - "PEACH ME!!"

I made this to spec, but found it very bourbony (I did use a 100 proof bourbon) and couldn't catch a hint of peach. So I added another portion of schnapps (doubling the original), and it worked nicely (the sugar also helped (as a couple of other comments noted).

I made this with a 50/50 split of Wild Turkey 101 & 81 bourbon, and Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur (42 proof). Tasty but pretty boozy (probably from the high proof schnapps?) Will probably try a bit of sugar syrup next time just to smooth the edges a bit, but that may be unnecessary with other "peach schnapps".

I added about 20 ml of Cointreau to balance out the bourbon and enhance the bitters/schnapps

To be honest I am not a huge OF fan but this is a fun riff! Used a good "light bodied" Bourbon without a too strong character which is the way to go with this one I think

Agree with the comments about requiring a smooth lighter bourbon. I used Bulleit bourbon and the pepperiness was too much.

Very nice evening sipping cocktail. Just a hint to peach. Orange bitters work great. Great nightcap. Benefits from a long stir to release all the fragrances in the mix.
