Thank you, Susanna McMahon! Absolutely delicious. It's really interesting that this cocktail was made in 2021, but could have been made decades ago. With these classic ingredients, I assumed it would be older.

This is SO sweet. For a better, more balanced version, I'd recommend replacing the limoncello with another oz of vodka and adding 2/3 oz of lemon juice instead; this, for me, maintained the fruity dessert aspect while allowing me to actually taste the strawberry and citrus flavours (and it still looked pink!). I totally get what the creator was going for, but the original recipe is overpoweringly sweet.

This works really well! I'm genuinely surprised this isn't more well-known; it seems like it should be, considering a lot of popular drinks nowadays use unusual but accessible ingredients (ie. ginger root) to make a wide but balanced taste.

I don't know what the other commenters are talking about. I really enjoyed this and was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it's because my dashes of bitters are a bit more voluminous than other people's, but this was a nice surprise. Yes, it's like a Sidecar, but this is still good.
