Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 12 oz Chilled water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare lemon slice wheel garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

Balanced and refreshing. In place of chilled water try cold black tea and up the sugar syrup to 20ml (2/3oz).

What a great drink to have with lunch. Used sparkling lime flavoured water and it was wonderful.

Excellent long cocktail however i added lemonade instead of water for the fiz
