I tried this tonight, and found it an excellent sidecar alternative. I drank it to mark the day (today, 6th June 1966) that James Meredith, who integrated the University of Mississippi and is a civil rights activist, was shot (but survived), but actually, it might be better to mark his 90th birthday on June 25. I met him, and he's a real gent.

Enjoyed this but not my favorite. I'd probably opt for a Manhattan instead. Definitely has some orange flavors dominating the drink. Surprisingly not as sweet as I expected with the Triple-Sec and simple sugar. It is good though, I would definitely make it again with friends to get their take.
