How to make:
SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. FLOAT cream in centre of drink.

1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) |
1/2 fl oz | Irish cream liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Dark crème de cacao liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Single cream / half-and-half |
