| 2⁄3 oz | Amaro Montenegro |
| 2⁄3 oz | Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur |
| 2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered pink grapefruit zest.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a skewered pink grapefruit zest.
