Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
1 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 wedge Lime (fresh)
12 fresh Mint leaves
Top up with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

How to make:

POUR first 4 ingredients into glass with lime wedges and mint. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir). Fill glass with more crushed ice and TOP with Prosecco.
