Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon bonded-strength (50% alc./vol.)
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
13 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. POUR grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (it should sink).
  6. Garnish with orange wedge.

Our daughter is going to love this. Did someone say "Turn up that Disco music"? We were content with just 10ml sugar syrup and added some Fee Foam for a happy head.
