SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Dried apricot infused Demerara sugar syrup
| 2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Commandaria Cypriot Wine |
| 1/2 fl oz | *Ingrediente especial #1 (veja acima) |
| 1⁄2 gram | Ácido cítrico (1 colher de chá dissolvido em 90ml de água) |
To make Ácido cítrico (1 colher de chá dissolvido em 90ml de água):
Combine 10 grams of citric acid powder with 100 grams of water. Whisk to dissolve and bottle.
