Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Cacao & coffee spiced rum
8 fresh Mint leaves
23 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 drop Chocolate bitters
1 oz Thomas Henry Tonic Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dehydrated lime slice

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with tonic. Special ingredient #1: Mint Syrup - lightly muddle 10 mint stems with 250g brown sugar, 250g white caster sugar and 600ml hot water.
